Hi Shishank,
I’ll start by saying how rare it is someone provides such objective insights – with a commercial vendor interest lagging in the background. So congratulations on that point and also on such informative posts. I can see in the comments/feedback people admire your frankness like I do.
I work for Oracle as the competitive analyst watching the (what we term) Enterprise 2.0 space. Basically Customer Experience Management Suites and their derivatives, e.g. WCM, WEM, ECM Suites, etc.
I would like to know if you’ve had the chance or plan to review this post for version 7.0: http://shishank.info/pcm/wordpress/2009/12/17/not-so-good-features-of-ibms-wwcm/
No worries if not, I’m sure you’ve a full time job that keeps you swamped – but regardless that you for some excellent reading.
Slainte,
Trevor
