I&#039;ll start by saying how rare it is someone provides such objective insights - with a commercial vendor interest lagging in the background. So congratulations on that point and also on such informative posts. I can see in the comments/feedback people admire your frankness like I do.

I work for Oracle as the competitive analyst watching the (what we term) Enterprise 2.0 space. Basically Customer Experience Management Suites and their derivatives, e.g. WCM, WEM, ECM Suites, etc.

I would like to know if you&#039;ve had the chance or plan to review this post for version 7.0: http://shishank.info/pcm/wordpress/2009/12/17/not-so-good-features-of-ibms-wwcm/
